I ordered this free flag, but I had to pay shipping and handling which I don't mind to support the vet's, my husband is one himself. Anyway it only cost you 1.40 for shipping and then I had to pay the post office another 2.60, I gave you plenty to pay shipping, your company should be ashamed of yourselves. It was quite a shock to have to pay another 2.60 on top of that, the package isn't that heavy. I will never support your company again. It's a scam because you wind up with extra money. The flag itself is ok.
